MICCAI paper accepted
We are excited that our group will be represented at MICCAI 2019 in Shenzhen together with the research campus STIMULATE. The contribution of Philipp Ernst, a former Master student of us and now part of the MEMoRIAL Graduate School, was accepted as a full paper, which is an outstanding achievement, especially as it is his first scientific paper.
The paper is based on his master thesis, in which Philipp developed a novel CNN-based framework that addresses the challenges of image processing in large-scale medical studies. Philipp's work was supervised by our colleague Dr. Marko Rak.
